How customer data is handled

MaintPilot limits access and processing to the agreed workspace. Final contractual and legal details are agreed before any binding pilot operation begins.
Encrypted in transit
Data is transferred between the browser and the platform over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Encrypted at rest
Data and backups are stored in encrypted form within the cloud infrastructure used by MaintPilot.
Storage and infrastructure
Application, authentication and import data is held in the assigned Supabase project; the web application is delivered through Vercel. The project region and service providers are documented before a pilot begins.
Separated organizations
Organization and plant data is separated and processed only within the assigned organization workspace.
Role-based access
Users receive only the access intended for their organization and assigned role.
No AI training
MaintPilot does not use customer data to train AI models.
No unrelated data use
